Good Day, I Will Be 60 In October And Have

Good day, I will be 60 in October and have a lump developing below my belt line on my right side. It is not painful to touch however, it is obvious. The last few months I have needed to urinate often, at least every hour during the day, yet i sleep most all night. I do not have a regular doctor. I am a full time student at UHD and I live in a shelter while I earn my degree. So, I rely on the Harris Health Care, Houston, Texas.
