Good Day! It's Really My Dream To Work Abroad. But

Good day! It's really my dream to work abroad. But I'm afraid I cannot make it since I had a past issue about my lung way back in 2014, but my doctor said I'm already okay. But now, I think I'm getting thinner and I have a cough for almost several days I think or weeks but it is not so disturbing so I just don't mind it. But then I feel that I am always having a headache/fever but still I don't mind it. I don't know what to do. I don't want to tell this to my parents since I'm afraid they will get mad.
