Good Day! My 6 Month Old Boy Fell Out The

Good day! My 6 month old boy fell out the bed about 2 ft high. He fell on his tummy or head. He cried for a minute then got consoled immediately. No vomit, no bruises, not tired, still breastfeeding and acting normal. I am just worried about internal head injury. What should i watch put for? Or should i go to the ER now?? Thank you
