Good Day. My Mom Is Feeling Tight In Her Abdomen

Good day. My mom is feeling tight in her abdomen and around the waist area. She said she doesn't feel any pain. It's just tight and it's hard to walk. She also said that it feels warm on the tight area. And sometimes she feels something like tiny needles on her feet and legs. What do you think is the problem? Thanks for the help.
