Good Day. Our Baby Boy Is 2 Weeks And 5

Good day. Our baby boy is 2 weeks and 5 days old and being breastfed and also given a NAN supplement. His intake is about 50 ml per feeding every 4 hours. We are concerned that he hasn't passed any stool for over 36 hours and cries very often today. Is this normal or should we be concerned? Is there anything we can do to assist him in passing stool? We have been giving him a few colic drops and put gripe water on his dummy every now and then. Thank you for your assistance. Lucy.
