Good Day! What Does This Xray Finding Mean: Residual Fibrosis

Good day! What does this Xray finding mean: Residual fibrosis is seen in right upper lobe" ? I was suggested for repeat Xray (apicolordotic view). Is this something serious?What if AFB sputum test is negative, will I still undergo treatment? And if this was for an old infection, and had undergone 6 mos. treatment, and my xray after the treatment shows no residual fibrosis, will I still undergo treatment?
