Good Day Doc, I Have The Result Of My Xray

Good day doc,

I have the result of my xray now and i seen the impressions or remarks by the doktor after evaluating the result and listed below.

1. Hazy density seen in the left lower lobe - what does it mean this?

2. Aorta is atheromatous - this means fatty inside the artery that thickened to block the flow of blood. What is the best remedy to cure except surgery

3. Osseous structures are unremarkable - What does it mean
