Good Day Doc, Pls My Husband Has Incomplete Liquefaction Of

Good day doc, pls my husband has incomplete liquefaction of semen, mild oligospermia and 100% normal sperms. Semen culture & sensitivity was done but no pathogen was isolated, all my test & radiology investigations were good. We are desperate for a child. Please how can his incomplete Liquefaction be treated? Can we try intrauterine insemination? Please help us.
