Good day doctor am 45 year old I just recently had a miscarriage in last week of November it finishes I started taking the Royal jelly does it affect my period I know am not pregnant,what kind of prenatal vitamins I can take I would like to have another child I only have one child she is 17 ,am a bit worried,can I conceive with my own eggs,thanks alot
