Good Day Doctor I Had A Urine And Hvs Culture

Good day doctor i had a urine and hvs culture test and this is the result. Urine macroscopy: yellow and cloudy. microscopy: pus cells 4-6/hpf, Epithelial cells+. others nil. Culture: yielded mixed moderate growth of coliform organism staph aureus within 24 hrs of incubation at 37•c. HVS Microscopy: pus cells 0-2/hpf, Epith cells++, yeast cells+. others nil. Culture: yielded no bacteria growth within 24hrs of incubation at 37•c. pls what does it mean??
