Good Day Mam! Last Night My Dog Jumped On My

Good day mam! Last night my dog jumped on my face and i got scratch on my nose, it's slightly pinkish and a small hole not to serious. I am so worried bout it. Should ill go to the doc and get some vaccine? I had been bitten (but not so serious) by the same dog in my leg last 2014 and i decided to have vaccination for assurance. Hope for your answer as soon as possible. Thanks!
