Good Day, My Tongue Bleeds When I Scrub It -

Good day, my tongue bleeds when I scrub it - I don't use a hard toothbrush - my tongue is coated in white frequently, it can be from the meals I've had throughout the day, but other people I know do not necessarily have this problem. I don't believe I have any STDs or cancer of the mouth. My gums also bleeds, but I know for sure that it's from hard brushing.
I've googled remedies and suggestions, but nothing seems to work.
