Good Day Sir, My Child 7 Years Old Boy, Reported

Good day sir, my child 7 years old boy, reported that a dog has bite. As I am away from home , I could get the details only from the persons at home. We are not sure that really dog had bitten him. But after around approx 10 days , due to much ambiguity he was taken to hospital and there by injected 3 doses as per the doctors mentioned specific days of injecting. As of now the child is alright. Will it lead to any problems sir. If the dog had bite for sure, is it a late vaccine. Or if the dog has not biten, is it ok for injecting the unwanted vaccine. Pls answer and help me sir pls. I am much worried.

One more doubt sir: After given three doses of vaccine at govt.hospital as per doctors advice, my relations from village took the child and gave him the old trend medicines made of leaves( exact compositions not known) there they advised not to give any non veg items to the child for 6 months from now. But again at unnowingly the child consume mutton and chicken sir .

I am very much confused sir , as wat to do now...now the had passed to one month from the so called dog bite sir/ mam... Pls help me.
