Good Day.pls My Daughter Is 5 Years Old.she Had Tonsillectomy

Good day.pls my daughter is 5 years old.she had tonsillectomy and adenoidtomy last Tuesday 7 days today.she was fyn until d 5 and 6th night that pains have become severe at 2 hours interval. She cries and jump in tears.the pain reliever brustan n would not make it go away.so I make her take ice cream then gaggle saline water which gives her relief for d next 2 hours then it starts again
