Good Doctors I Do Not Speak English So I Hope

Good doctors
I do not speak English so I hope you understand me.
A month ago I took some medicine for the flu that generated a tachycardia. I went to the emergency room and was told it was just anxiety. Since I have not been the same in the first few weeks my chest pain, then the sides of the head, but tingling. And lately I feel that my muscles do not work well, I feel walking on a table of water at night I feel dizzy. My height is 1.63 and my weight is 53 kg.
Other symptoms:
I feel like I have more strength in one leg.
Dizziness
More uncomfortable
Back pain when I walk
Is it anxiety? The doctors in my country do not tell me anything.
