Good Evening Doctor, I Been Having Pain On My Left

Good evening Doctor,

I been having pain on my left side right below my rib cage towards the front part of my body, should I be concerned? I have had the pain on and off for about two or three months already, maybe it's my spleen or my intestine? The pain is uncomfortable and sometimes stays a couple of hours.
