Good Evening Doctor, I Quickly Started Having Cronic Sinus Problems

Good evening Doctor, I quickly started having cronic sinus problems about 3 years ago (around the time I started a new company causing stress). My doctors say it is from allergies. I have tried every therapy including sublingual drops with no relief. When I receive neck massages it seems to feel much better. Is it possible the tension I carry in my neck and shoulders is causing this sinus problem? Thanks
