Good Evening Doctor. My Father Has Always Been Very Good

Good evening Doctor. My father has always been very good with his health. Last week he complained that he couldn't swallow the solid food and would be out of breath. He was in the emergency room for a week and they claimed that he has a weak heart and using only 20 % of it. I will go to a cardiologist in order to get more idea of what is going on. Is his life ending soon?
