Good Evening Doctor.last Night We Had A Fight With My

Good evening Doctor.last night we had a fight with my partner and he was suddenly slapped the side of my face,after slapping him.when he sklapped my face my ears ring so loud,just like vibrating and last couple of minutes.and now i feel that there is something pulsating around my ear (head),and my other side of my head feels warm and heavy..,what will i do?could you pls help me Doctor?
