Good Evening Dr I Have Had Shoulder Surgery On April

Good evening Dr I have had shoulder surgery on April 3rd to remove bone spurs . I have been in p.t. since and my shoulder doesn't appear to be getting much better . This was work related I'm a chef . I'm now and have for the past two months sever pain in my hands , thumb index and middle finger I also was told I have two pinched nerves that are in my neck that they didn't treat because I didn't put in original report . Can these be related and if so what am I to do in recourse? Thanks for anything you can tell me . My Dr thinks it's it's from my neck ? Your thoughts?
