Good Evening Dr. Rynne, I Have Been Suffering From Muscle

Good evening Dr. Rynne, I have been suffering from muscle aches mainly in my right bicep, but it sometimes occurs in my left one as well. I have visited with two different doctors and have had several lab work performed, but they still have no answers. The pain can sometimes be severe, which will not allow me to sleep or sometimes it will wake me up in the wee morning hours. Hope you can assist me with what may be causing this unusual pain.
