Good Evening, I Am A 22 Year Old Gay Male

Good evening, I am a 22 year old gay male with questions regarding symptoms of HIV verus other STD's. I was recently told by a partner with whom I had unprotected oral sex (brief and no ejauclation) just over a month ago that he just learned that he had gonorrhea. I just got tested for STD's and I am awaiting results. I am worried that I might have contracted HIV. My symptoms so far are a peeling on my fingers that has spread to both hands and a whitening on my tongue including a slight red spot on my tongue. The clinic where I went for the blood test prescribed my Azithromycin and the spot on my tongue seems to be getting better already in 2 days. Both the peeling of my fingers and oral symptoms are completely unpainful. I have not expereinced any of the other HIV symptoms such as fever, aches, vommiting, etc. Are my oral and skin symptoms possible for just gonorrhea? Thank you so much.
