Good evening,
I am concerned aout elevated total cholesterol at 203, AST130, and ALT63. Never had any problems with either, lat time checked 9 months ago and all was WNL.
I had blood drawn 2 days after coming back from a 5 day vacation where I ate eggs, bacon, hash browns daily, had red wine (1-3_ glasses daily, worked out daily, and had 2 mixed drinks by the pool on the last day - I never really drink anything but wine or beer).
The enzymes are so high that I am afraid it is not the result of a quick getaway from busy city life…
