Good Evening. I Am Experiencing Discomforting Pain Along With Please

Good evening. I am experiencing discomforting pain along with please while I pee. Its been 2 days and it still hasn't stopped. Each time I start peeing its all fine until at the last moment then it starts to pinch and hurt but with a pleasuring sensation. I believe my clitoris has been over stimulated but I am not sure. I recently (5 days ago) became active and can't go to the doctor because my parents would kill me. What can I do to stop the pain?
