Good Evening. I Am Having Chest Discomfort On The Left

Good evening. I am having chest discomfort on the left side of my chest with a cough and raspy voice. This has been going on for about a week. EKG was taken at the hospital ER that came back normal. I am on the road for work and did not stay in the ER for the results go my lab work. I do have a doc appt Monday but was curious as to what this could be ?..
