Good Evening, I Am In The First Day Of The

Good evening, I am in the first day of the worse back spasm that I ever had. I have had them before but this is the worse. I can barely walk without holding on to something. My primary care physician is on vacation, should I go to the er to see if I can get some relief. I've been trying ice and heat and ibuprofen with no help. Thanks
