Good Evening I Do Hope You Can Help Several Times

Good evening I do hope you can help several times ive fallen asleep on the sofa over a period of months ive woken and shortly after experienced terrible head pressure building with waves of a nervous sensation over my body ..im wondering if it is a compression of the neck area that could bring on this reaction
