I had an incident yesterday that required me to use emergency contraception. This morning i took 3 nordette light orange pills and then took 4 light orange pills a few minutes ago. should that be sufficient to help prevent against pregnancy or should i take a plan b in the morning? take 4 more pills 12 hours from now??
