Good Evening, I Have A Rough Texture On The Roof

Good evening,

I have a rough texture on the roof of my mouth. It it mildly painful and has tiny bumps. IT is midly painful when I speak, swallow, or clear my throat. Last week there were some larger painful red spots the eventually wen away. I do have said reflux and thought it may be related. Please help!
