Good Evening. I Have Complained Of Tachycardia, A Few Years

Good evening.
I have complained of tachycardia, a few years already.
I holter, found only ventricular premature and supraventricular.
Echocardiography completely normal.
I felt a tachycardia, did an electrocardiogram, and found:
RR: 511ms P:56ms PR:72ms QRS: 108ms QT: 304ms, QTC: 428ms P90° QRS °-89 T-96°
With the presence of delta wave in AVF, AVR, V4.
I made several other electrocardiograms with tachycardia, and all cardiologists found that I had nothing, everything was normal.
I'm afraid to be Wolff Parkinson White.
I have had pressure drop, with extra systoles in bigeminism pressure 8 by 6, then followed by tachycardia.
Completely normal thyroid hormone.
