Good Evening I Have Had A Neck Problem Most Of

Good evening I have had a neck problem most of my life my mother through me up against the wall when i was a baby and i had seizers from that until i was in my late 40 my neck and head hurt so bad at times i feel like cutting it off it is this bolding in my nick it gets so big and it hurts at the base of my neck and i have such headaches it effects my right ear to the point that i get so dizzy and i can't stand it my verdego gets worse i can't even get out the bed when that happens and end up in the hospital Thank you so much for taking my question Hope you can help God Bless
