Good Evening. I Have Much Pain On My Right Hip,

Good evening. I have much pain on my right hip, button area. I can sit, or bend without having pain constantly. Advil helps for a bout 4 hrs. Heat hurts it. I think it is sciatica. What more can I do for this pain? Should I see my Cardiologist or my Rheumatologiat? Help. I don't have any other doctors. Thank you
