Good Evening. I Have Several Small Pea Size Balls In

Good evening. I have several small pea size balls in the ruoq of my gluts. They are on both the right and left sides, they don't hurt when I apply pressure. I can move them slightly. However, I do have pain in my gluts and hips. Suggestions or ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.
