Good Evening, I'm Having This Rash Breakout On My Face,

Good evening, I'm having this rash breakout on my face, it's in the sinus area each side of nose on cheeks and on forehead between the eyes, I've been to a dermatologist and they told me it's sebboreah dermititus, sorry for the spelling, I believe i need a 2nd opinion, I have been having sinus trouble too!
