Good Evening. I'm On Warfarin Therapy Because I Have A

Good evening. I'm on warfarin therapy because I have a mechanical heart valve. About a week ago, I sprained my ankle badly. Since then, it has remained very swollen and painful, showing no signs of improvement. I know that NSAIDs aren't recommended for people on warfarin because of the risk of bleeding, but I think the swelling is preventing my ankle from improving. Despite the risk, could I briefly take an NSAID, like naproxen sodium, for a few days so that my ankle could start to make some progress?
