Good Evening I've Been Having Throat Problem Feelin Like Something

Good evening I've been having throat problem feelin like something caught in throat on right side where eustusia tube is feels like cut or small piece of something caught in there had scope done found nothing said sinus and acid reflux it goes away and comes back it's very nerve racking had this time since Easter and tonite lymph nodes get in puffy and hurt trouble with swallowing to I think it's something to do with my ear what do you think Doc??
