Good Evening, This Is The 3rd Evening That, When I

Good evening, This is the 3rd evening that, when I take a shower, my nose starts bleeding for no apparent reason. All fine during the day, even when I got showered in dust this afternoon, and had a sneezing fit. I have had my nose broken 4 or 5 times whilst playing rugby 30 years ago, but apart from that nothing that I can think of. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
