Good Evening... Off And On. I Get A Throbbing Pain

Good evening... off and on. I get a throbbing pain at the bottom of my left ear lobe. Ongoing for a year the pain is not debilitating but painful. Squeezing the lobe doesn't change things. Not swollen. No pain inside the ear. Throbs for about ten minutes than goes away. No rythm to it .
