Good Evening, Thank You. My 2 Yr Old Son Woke

Good evening, thank you. My 2 yr old son woke up with a runny nose, watery eyes and very uncomfortable. He didn't sleep well last night. (and neither did the rest of us.) what is recommended for toddlers that just covers those symptoms? At this time, there is no fever.
