Good Evening....I Noticed Several Very Pronounced Blood Vessels On The

Good evening....I noticed several very pronounced blood vessels on the tops of my feet this morning. They don't seem to be worse this evening, but one area is very sensitive from rubbing on my shoe during the day. I have never had any issues with pronounced veins.
