Good Evening...my Mother-in-law, Who Is 78, Has A Heart Rate

Good evening...my mother-in-law, who is 78, has a heart rate of 38 bpm. She is fainting and of course, feels horrible. Her doctor detected a murmur, but said it's nothing to worry about. He put her on a heart monitor and will do an Echo in a day or so. This is not normal - do you agree?
