A patient age 28 yrs has been loss both kidney. Kidney are damaged major. The failure is detected before 3 days. Now he is in BSSMU hospital in Dhaka. His kidney are done dialysis . He is in a critical situation. after dialysis he is small better . Please say what can we do.
