Good Morning Doc, According To The Radiology Department, The X-ray

Good morning Doc, according to the Radiology Department, the X-ray result to my husband said that "A hazy density is seen un the right lower lobe". Im a little bit confuse and lack of understanding. May i ask a further explanation for that sir. Thanks
