Good Morning Doctor, I Am 7weeks 6days Pregnant Today According

Good morning Doctor, I am 7weeks 6days pregnant today according to scan...I started spotting last week 02/04/2021, but later noticed it stopped on 05/04/2021, but later saw it again on 07/04/2021, but did not see it yesterday again on 8th and 9th, but the fair of it coming back made me to visit the hospital yesterday 9th, and I met with a doctor that asked me to go and carry out some test, ( Urinalysis, MP and Pelvic Scan) all the results came out good and my baby is also fine. But at the end of the day the doctor asked me to get DUPHASTON tablets and asked me to take one in the morning and one at night. I bought the drug and started taking it yesterday night but what I noticed is was that I felt like vommiting after some minutes I took the drug but did all my possible best no to vommit. This morning again I took the drug and after 2hrs that I ate, I vommited all food that I can't control my self.....pls Doctor is it the DUPHASTON that is making me to vommit and can I discontinue it?
