I have been taking clindamycin 300 mg for 6 days; prescribed for 7 days 4 times a day for dental abcess. Last night after taking it, I developed a severe heartburn. I took liquid Pepto Bismol, and it somehow relieved my heartburn. This morning I am having some 'come and go' pain in the are of pancreas. I am afraid to continue taking Clindamycin. What shall I do?
