i startd my ARV's a week ago and i only take it before bed time ,and since i have been experiencing nausea and vomitting but that has now stopped,my problem now is my tongue is tasteless and numb and i dont know what to eat or drink to make it back to normal because even when i drink water i feel like throwing.
