Good Morning Dr. . I Have A Extremely Dry Skin.

I have a extremely dry skin. My query is about the itching on chest . Its not all over its just at the center. By appearance nothing is visible. But this area has made my life hell, extremely itching , n like burning sensations. And skin layer is also coming out (not much) but just like very dry skin appear , in that way. May be as i had applied a very little amount of ring guard, assuming By visibility skin looks very normal but by touching feels like hard rashes or rough skin feeling , truly dont know what to do. also, sometime, it gets naturally cured, without applying anything. like in winter its less. but if i do any activity, it starts itchy n burning
