Ps I constantly have knee pains especially after jogging or sitting down for a long period especially while travelling in a commercial vehicle. I ve been managing this condition for about 6yrs.I m 1.88m tall. Weigh 106kg.
I ve seen several orthopedic Dr here in Nigeria but no permanent solution to my problem
Ps what is the lasting solution to this effect
