Good Morning. I Am A 25 Year Old Male, Weight

Good morning. I am a 25 year old male, weight 170lbs, 6ft tall, and nothing major in my medical history.
This morning I woke up and my right eye was bothering me. The past few weeks both eyes have gone through stages of irritation. After about an hour of watering and discomfort, I started examining it in the mirror and noticed what looked like "skin" puffy and wrinkly in the corner. I can press on that corner of my eye, and it even seems to affect its shape. Is this simply an allergic reaction, or should I be more concerned.
