Good Morning. I Am In Need Of Some Psychiatric Help.

Good morning.
I am in need of some psychiatric help. I have been in a relationship 4 years before which ended due to some misunderstanding between us. We fought and after that We have not met each other for the past 2.5 years. This new year we met and wanted to end everything in a very good way so that we wont be carrying the past to our future. My family has been looking for my marriage and I fell in love with the person, to whom I have explained everything about my past relation. However I was scared to tell him about the final meeting we had. I never cheated on my love for him. But he came to know about the meeting and asked me. I confessed. But he is not ready to believe that I haven't done anything wrong. He thinks I slept with the other guy. I can't live without my love. I love him in every heartbeat and breath.
I feel like ending my life. Kindly help.
